Decoration and colour may differ from photo.
We cannot guarantee freshness of cakes that are not picked up as scheduled and we will dispose of cakes that are not picked up within 3 days of the pick up date.
Please allow 24 hours notice of any change in pick up time.
All cakes must be cancelled 48 hours in advance or we cannot guarantee a refund.
IN STORE PICK UP
All items are available for in-store pick up. Customers will be notified by email when the order is ready to pickup.

Shipping Within The GTA and across Canada
Customers will be notified about the status of their orders once they are shipped. All orders use Canada Post and SideRoutes Courier Service to deliver your package.
Shipping Outside The GTA (within Ontario)

If you need your orders for a certain date please order in advance and give yourself enough time considering shipping delays. In the notes section request the date you'd like your box to be delivered.
Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you should receive your order within 1-4 business days based upon delivery location.
Once your order leaves Fanbabycafe.com premise and is with Canada Post we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur from Canada Post.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address for shipping is correct. If items are delivered to the wrong address, Fanbabycafe.com will not be held responsible.
**We do not refund or replace any orders for incorrect addresses.**
